Welcome to WXB Clothing. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at wxbclothing.com and any related services provided by WXB Clothing (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using wxbclothing.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs — is the property of WXB Clothing (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws of Sri Lanka.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
  • Customer-submitted design artwork remains the intellectual property of the customer. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and measurements.
  • Because our products are custom-printed, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration differences and fabric absorption.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we cannot fulfil it for any reason.
  • We accept payment via online card payment (processed securely by PayHere), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD). All online transactions are subject to PayHere's terms of service.
  • For online payments, your card or account will be charged at the time of order placement. For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once payment is verified by our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

5. Custom Printed Orders

  • Orders for custom-printed garments are made to order and enter production once payment is confirmed.
  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Please review your design, size, and colour selections carefully before placing your order.
  • If you receive an item that is defective or materially different from what was ordered, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.
  • WXB Clothing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • WXB Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
  • Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
