Yes — you can browse and add to cart as a guest. You'll need to create an account at checkout to save your order history.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot?" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your registered email address.

Go to your Profile dashboard and update your shipping details and personal information there.

How do I track my order?

Sign in and open your Profile → Order History. Your order status updates there in real time as we confirm payment, print and dispatch your item.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because every item is printed to order, orders can only be cancelled before printing begins. Email support@wxbclothing.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Three options at checkout: online card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Koko) via PayHere, Cash on Delivery, or direct Bank Transfer to our Commercial Bank of Ceylon account.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card payments are handled entirely by PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant Sri Lankan payment gateway. Your card details are entered on PayHere's secure page — WXB never sees or stores them.

How long does delivery take?

Items are printed to order, so allow 1–2 business days for production plus 3–5 business days for delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Do you ship internationally?

How much is delivery?

A flat Rs. 500 delivery fee applies to every order, island-wide, however many items you buy. It is shown on the checkout summary before you pay.

What happens if my package is lost?

Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Are sale items exchangeable?

Sale items can be exchanged for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?
