Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every WXB piece. This policy covers how we handle refunds for defective or incorrect orders and exchanges for size or style changes.

Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept refunds for change-of-mind returns. We do, however, issue full refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • Items received in a defective or damaged condition
  • Incorrect item shipped (wrong design, size, or colour)
  • Items reported within 7 days of delivery

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Custom-printed items returned due to change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Orders cancelled after printing has commenced

How Refunds Are Processed

To request a refund, email support@wxbclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item.

Once we verify your claim, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days back to your original payment method:

  • Online payments (PayHere) — refunded to the original card or account.
  • Bank transfers — refunded to the bank account you provide.
  • Cash on Delivery — refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time after we initiate the refund.

Exchange Policy

Not the right size? We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.

Email support@wxbclothing.com with your order number, photo of the item, and reason for exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Get Your Label

We'll send a prepaid return label to your email within 24 business hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely with all original tags attached and drop it at any courier point.

Receive Your Exchange

Once we receive your return, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.

✓ Eligible for Exchange

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed items with original tags
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

✗ Not Eligible

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Sale items (eligible for store credit only)
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for store credit only, valid for 12 months from issue date. They must still meet the 30-day return window and condition requirements.
